Can you tell us a bit about yourself? How did you get into singing — and into Second Life?
If one word could describe me, I’d say I’m a dreamer…
My journey through life was always intertwined with art and music. I never tried to get to professional levels of it. I do it my way, but I always give the best of me in everything I do. It’s such a wonderful way to express that tender and sensible part I own. I do everything with passion and whatever I do, comes from my heart … singing, painting, teaching … everything! My dreams and some desires that never came true are my inspiration. I love life, I love nature, I love animals. I’m heartfelt, sensible, sensitive and always with my arms wide open to help. Music and animals are the biggest love of my life. I always dreamed to be singer….SL gave me opportunity to live my dream!
From your song list, which song is your personal favorite, and why does it mean so much to you?
I can’t choose one song … I sing all of them from my heart. Many hold a special reason why i love to sing them. Each song is a story and I’m deeply touched by many. I often sing with tears in my eyes because they are somehow bond to my real life and moments I will never forget.
What do you love most about performing in Second Life? What does it bring you as an artist or person?
Second Life and people that keep coming to my concerts and support me in every way, are such a precious gift for me. Because of them I exist in SL and because of them I can live my dream.
Why did you choose to perform at *CharitySL.nl in Action for KiKa* (the Dutch Children Cancer-Free Foundation)?
In my real life I work with children with special needs and nearly every day I help people that need help. I know how much it means if we feel we are not alone through tough times.
In your opinion, why should everyone visit CharitySL.nl 2025 and be part of this event?
I’m probably well known as “charity” singer. Whenever I can I participate such events and feeling after is so beautiful, emotional and so special, that is impossible to express with words.
I aprecciate everyone who visits Charity events and show support, because we are not alone on this planet and each one of us has huge responsibility for each life. Egoism has no place on the Earth.
Music connects people in a unique way — how would you describe the power of music when it’s used to help others or support a cause like KiKa?
Connection through music is heartfelt way to devote time, love and support to others.
